Nominate a teacher

This month we pause to remember all we’re thankful for. I’m sure you’ve got an amazing teacher you work with who makes that list. Please consider taking a few minutes to nominate a teacher or two (or three or four!) from your school district for the UEA Excellence in Teaching Award. The nomination deadline is Wednesday, Dec. 6, but don’t wait that long! As of right now, few nominations have been received, so the chances of your nominated teacher being selected are very good. Ten winning teachers will each receive a $1,500 cash award and recognition at a special banquet held in their honor next May.
Nominating a teacher is easy! Just visit myUEA.org/awards for award details, then complete the online nomination form or print, complete and mail the paper nomination form.

College life is the crucial time for a student. He enters in a place which has different rules and regulations. This is a place where you can be a changed man. This change may be a positive and negative. If you have the ability to change this in positive then it is well and good.

If I am going to nominate a teacher, then I it would probably be Mr. Smith. I mean, there is no teacher out there who does a better job that him. Outside of his brilliance, he is also a charming guy. I have learned so much about life from his teachings. If I can tell the world about his greatness, then I would definitely do that. I hope that he wins the best teacher award, he really deserves the thing.
